Am I responsible to pay a portion of my child's post high school education if it is not in my divorce decree? I was divorced in 1992 in Iowa.

No. In Maine, unles the Divorce Judgment provides otherwise, child support ends either upon Age 18 or, if the 18 year-old has not yet graduated, upon graduation from high school.
