Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

Ex-husband got the house, wont take my name off the mortgage.

When my ex husband and I were divorces we mutually agreed that he could keep the house, provided that he would refinance it under his name only. He as not refinanced the house and we have been divorced for three months. Is there anything I can do to force him to do this?

You potentially have the ability to force him to comply provided that this requirement is spelled out in the Divorce Judgment, and provided that he has the ability to actually refinance. If so, a post-judgment motion for Contempt can be brought and the Court can order him to comply or face sanctions.
