Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

My ex-wife and I have joint-custody and shared residency of our seven year old son. He spends seven days at her house and then seven days at mine. My ex-wife has recently decided that she does not want my fiance' transporting our son to or from school, nor watching him until I get home from work. Though my fiance' has done these same things for her. Can she do this?

If there is nothing in your Divorce Judgment about it, then no. When you son is in your care, it's up to you who transports and watches him.
