Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

I have filed for an uncontested divorce from my husband. We have no children. I would like to keep the house, both are names are on the mortgage. I can not refinance because of my credit but think I can manage the payment myself. How do I do this.

As long as your husband agrees, he can give you a Quitclaim Deed transferring his interest in the property to you. Then just pay the mortgage.
