Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

I want to know if the husband files for divorce and gets a lawyer but the wife has no income and can not afford a lawyer does the husband have to pay for the wife's lawyer?

It's up to the Court. Typically, your lawyer would make a request for attorney fees and the court would determine if it's appropriate and if so, how much should be paid.
