Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

My husband left me for another woman and posted it on facebook which I made a copy of. Now he says his lawyer is asking for spousal support for him from me. What are the chances of that? He makes about $30,000 a year and i make about 17000 more than him.

His facebook posting has nothing to do with spousal support.

Lots more information is needed before an informed answer can be given. How long have you been married. What is your education and that of your husband. What do you both do for work? How long have you been at your jobs? What are each of your earning capacities? What are your ages? Do you have any minor children?

All these facts come into play in your situation.
