Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

can changes be made? how?

ex agreed to provide TRICARE (military health ins.) in divorce. he said battlion benefits rep told him as long as it was in the decree then i would be ''ok''. i found out i'm not even eligible unless 15yrs of marriage occured; i was shy @ 1 yr 4mos. i doubt the benefits rep made a mistake since i know her and she's been doing this job for over 15yrs. ex told me since he would provide health care then it would only be fair for me to relinquish rights to pension; silly me, i agreed on the decree. I have been reeling since i found this out because i changed jobs last year to accommadate my elderly parents but this new job doesn't even have the options of healthcare. i don't trust him to provide and maintain civilian ins. for me on his own; i'm getting letters at my home now from creditors he's defaulted on, incl the IRS. is there anything i can do to change the final decree? and ask for the only thing i was eligible to receive: a portion of the pension. please help.
