Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

munchausen bi proxy

my girlfriend is in Maine at her aunts house. she went to the hospital for appendicitis. she was released and since then been back to the hospital three or four times worse then what she left. my friend who is a sheriff in San Diego had her boss look into it and found that her cousin was admitted to the hospital 124 times in 2006. on time had traces of antifreeze in her blood. we feel that her aunt might be doing the same to my girlfriend. we tried to have the Maine police go and see how she is doing but the aunt did not answer the door when she saw the police. is there anything else we can do to get her out of there and into a hospital to get her tested and healthy. i know for a fact that the mother who is also out there with her in Maine wants to take her to Mass general but due to a broken leg unable to. The aunt refuses to do it. is there anything we can due to get her out of the house?

Respectfully

Re: munchausen bi proxy

You need to tell me how old your girlfriend in Maine is. If she is an adult it is a very different answer than if she is a minor.
