my daughter is 15 and has a baby, what kind of visits does she have to give the father ?

The court will evaluate what is in the best interest of the child. Generally, unless the father has some real big problems or issues, he will get at least supervised visitation. The court will evaluate the facts of the case. I would recommend that a child support order be in place as well.
