Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

we pay $900 a month in child support for my husband's two sons. their mother has primary residency. she hasn't made a mortgage payment in almost two years- my husband's name is still on the loan. do we have any options?

Your husband's rights should be outline in his settlement agreement or divorce judgment. He'll probably need to go back to court.
