Legal Question in Family Law in Maine
My wife and I are getting a divorce. She filed on me. She has this checked off: set apart the non-marital property to each party and divide marital property (file and exchange form FM-043). Does that mean she's trying to take the house? It was bought when we were married. That for form part does that mean I need to file that to fight it? My name is the only one on the deed. Is she able to take half?

The form has little relation to what might be claimed at trial.
But if the house was purchased during the marriage, it's marital property and she may be claiming an interest in it. If you have equity in the house, you probably should consult with a lawyer to assess your legal rights.
