Legal Question in Family Law in Maine

My wife has told me not to return to our home or she will have me removed by the police. I have a 6 year old daughter and care for her 3-4 nights a week. Can my wife keep me out of the house?

If you are a joint owner of the home, you have as much right to be there as she does.
