Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maine
my b2 visa expired
right now im 20 years old. and i have b2 visa that expired. what is my best bet to get green card or is it possible for me to change my status to be F1. and also i have my uncle who own a restaurant that would sponsor me to be his manager. but i dont know how old you have to be for you to get sponsor. i heard you have to be 21?

If you remain in the USA for six months or longer without status, you will face a three year bar to re-entry. If you remain for one year or longer, you will face a ten year bar for re-entry.
