Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Maine
I was hired to photograph products (food) for a cookbook. The book was printed by a national printer with a differant photographer listed ?? I was at a book signing and the new photographer was taking credit for all photos. The new photographer has my cover shot posted on his web site ??
