Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Maine
I had an idea for shirt printing with a saying on it. The saying includes the name of Google. Its not bashing or anything. In fact it kind of makes them look good. But if I was to create these items with their name on it and make a profit. Would that be illegal?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. What you are contemplating, if without permission of the trademark owner Google, is called trademark infringement. The penalties can be substantial. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
