Legal Question in Employment Law in Maine

Constant harassment from coworker and supervisor
I work in a group home with mentally retarded women. I have a coworker who constantly makes accusaions that I am not performing job duties and has even gone so far to say that I am sexually inappropriate with the female clients. These accusations are totally unwarranted and inconclusive. Last week there was another incident report filed that stated that I had neglected a client by leaving her in bed with soiled attends. If you could be of any assistance it would be greatly appreciated. Again, these accusations are false and I feel that this co worker is out on a witch hunt to have me removed from the home. Thank you.

I do not believe you have any case > No facts given that would rise to sexual harrass etc.
