Hi, I'm leaseing a building and turned it into a restaurant, I just wanted to know what are my right as a tenant.

Before you spend any $ on the restaurant equipment etc. you better have an attorney review your lease and any laws restricting or governing use of the building.

Restaurants are notoriously risky and one of the largests risks involve legal problems with regulators and landlords.
