Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maine
Family wearing out wlecome.
I have a family member staying with me temporarily, or so I thought. What are my rights as homeowner to get this person to move out? There is no rental agreement.

If they will not move out voluntarily ( have you asked directly and in writing?) you will need to use judicial process via EVICTION.
