Rental Question
My daughter rented an apartment with a roommate, the roommate moved out 6 months into a 12 month lease, both are on the lease, is the room mate still responsible for their share of the lease, and if so if I hire a Lawyer for her can she collect that cost from him also.

The roommate may be responsible for at least a portion of the remaining six month period of the lease. She should contact an attorney directly to discuss the specifics of her case.
