does a landlord have to notify you if another tenate is a registered sex offedner

There may be definitive State and Federal disclosure requirements, but from a LIABILITY standpoint, I would advise any Landlord to definitely notify all tenants. ( Better yet, advise the LL NOT to rent to a registered sex offender.)
