Roommate/girlfriend eviction
I own my building and my now ex-girlfriend refuses to leave. What are my legal options to remove her from the building (we share my apartment)? I have asked and she refused. I would like the quickest route possible.

Settle with her (by agreement or buyout) or evict through the courts.
