Is a document signing over home and property for the return of yearly paid property taxes and providing fuel for heating legal when the same lawyer represents both parties

Yes generally, as long as the attorney has explained any potential conflicts of interest and obtined consent from both parties. But you would need to confer with a ME admitted attorney.
