i discussed my medical problem with my doctor and he went in next room to talk to patient and i could here everything said. is that a law suit

Thank you for your inquiry. The health information privacy laws may have been violated. You mention that you heard the other room's conversation. You do not have a claim for that. However, if you can prove that a patient in the other room heard your conversation with the doctor, then you may have a claim. However, it is not a claim that I would be interested in bringing. You should bring this concern to the attention of the doctor, and get them to resolve the problem. Good luck.
