Legal Question in Military Law in Maine

panic/anxiety attacks

I have been in the navy for almost 2 years now and have never experienced any attacks prior to joining the military. In the last year or so i experience them on a daily basis and its to a point where it feels like i could just have a heart attack and die at any moment. Is this grounds for medical seperation?
