what are the med pay laws. can you submit a claim to two different med pay policies? what other information would be needed to make a bodily injury claim in maine?

If you have two applicable insurance policies (such as one covering you personally and a separate one covering the vehicle you were in) then you can get medical payments benefits from each. However, you cannot double-dip, and get each to pay for the very same bill.

As for a legal claim, that depends on the facts of the case--who did what wrong to cause your injury and damages.
