The Court filing fee is $150. There is also likely Sheriff Service costs of at least another $40, and if you want a jury there is another $300 fee due about 90 days after the Complaint is filed, if in Superior Court.

Legal costs of representation in a partition action can range from $2,500 to in excess of $10,000 if it is difficult to determine the respective accounting and discovery is necessary.
