If I am on the deed is the property mine

I am currently on the deed but not the promisory note. Am I entitled to anything?

Your question cannot be answered without more information. What did you pay/give for the property? was it a gift to you? at the time of your deed were there any pre-existing liens or mortgages? Did your spouse add you to the deed, or just convey to you the property outright?
