Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maine
Fallen tree dameged other trees on my property.
My next door neighbors tree fell over and onto my property, causing damage to 2 other trees that were on my property, as well and lawn damage.
Who is responsible for any clean up, and is the neighbor liable for replacing the 2 trees that were damaged?

Maine's caselaw is that if the trees fell due to a storm and not someone's negligence, then you must deal with the damages yourself and your neighbor is not responsible.
