How do I go about foreclosing on a property I owner-financed for which the buyers have not made their payments in Maine?

Foreclosures happen to presently constitute a large part of my practice, and I strongly suggest that you do not attempt to foreclose yourself without hiring a lawer as the legal requirements are complex and change. You might want to look at the statute, available to the public in the legislative section of Maine.gov at 14 MRS 6111 and 14 MRS 6321 for starters.
