Re: Being Land Locked From 22 Acre Parcel
I don't understand your question. You must have, at some point, had access to the land. Landlocked land is worthless without access. Is there a right of way granted to you in your deed?
Re: Being Land Locked From 22 Acre Parcel
Is the road merely not kept up as opposed to marked as being barred from use? If the former, how are you being kept off your land? The county has no obligation to maintain the road. If the latter, contact the county as tel they your situation ans ask for written special permissiion to use the road. If it was always landlocked and, especially you knew it, then you could not claim as easement of necessity.

Sounds like you have an easement by necessity from somewhere. Let me know if you want help.
