mobile home
a married couple own and are living in a mobile home sitting on a rented lot.can the man come home to find the wife has signed the home over to a third party?

One spouse cannot convey the others interest without a Power of Attorney. Therefore, it is unlikely but possible a spouse would convey just his/her interest, but the new party takes subject to the spouse who did not sign off.
