Motorcyles stored in storage building

We have a storage people where customers pay to have their cars, campers, motorcyles, etc. Stored we have 2 motorcyles stored here, and the contract holder passed away last week. Who has the legal right to removed these bikes from storage?

Your question is not very clear. Whose motorcycles are they? Is the same as the deceased contract holder? What is your relationship to the owner?
