Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maine

neighbor is breaking covanents. He through materials from an old house he remodeled into his back yard in the darkness. there are broken windows and other JUNK including a unregistered car, dog kennels, a taken apart shed with the siding that blew all over the yard. there are covanents that all property has to be maintained etc. where do we turn for help?

Where are the covenants stated? In general covenants are like contracts, so that if there they are breaking the covenant they can be required to remedy that breach - in this case clean up the property. Without more information about your situation, I can provide a more specific answer.
