My neighbor has a 30' easement for a driveway along my property. What rights do I have regarding the exact location of the driveway within that 30'?

It depends on the wording of the grant, but typically if the easement grant states the easement's purposes and the specific boundaries of the easement, the easement holder may use the entire easement area for that purpose. The owner of the burdened land may not limit or restrict the easement holder's use to a particular point within the easement area.
