what paperwork do i need to file to get a order to have my ex husband buy me out and get my name off the deed of the house we are joint tenants on.

If your Divorce Judgment required for him to refinance and he has gone past a deadline, then you need to file a Post-Divorce combined Motion for Contempt and Enforcement of the Order. Depending upon how the Order was worded, there may or may not need to also be a deed recorded from you conveying your interest to him. The Attorney handling the title issues associated with the refinance will address that possibility.
