property/personal damage
a company sprayed pesticide and other on our property by mistake--we didn't want it.What demands can we make of them? possible legal recourses?

It is a trespass for the pesticide to be placed on your property. Has it killed anything yet? The issue here is damages- I do not know if it is even possible for the spray to be washed away or removed from the land, so the issue is putting them on notice that they will be responsible for damages (if any) that arise.
In any event, a trespass is a tort even if no damage can be shown.
