Your question is not yet much of a question. I will comment that it is ultimately in everyone's best interest to avoid large legal fees, and resolve the matter together. With that said, you could agree to split the cost of a surveyor and have a boundary survey done. You could also determine if you have title insurance issued at the time you purchased the property and contact that insurer to review the problem with you. You and your neighbor could also agree to hire a mediator to meet with you to see if a compromise can be reached, and then hire a lawyer to prepare deeds with revised descriptions.
