It depends on the circumstances. If the two of you were married, the property should have been resolved as part of the divorce.

If you were unmarried, it is somewhat more sticky. If you two are joint tenants on the property, really your best options are to either buy her out or, failing that, to bring what is known as an action for partition to force her to accept a buyout or to simply have the property sold.
