snow plowing mechanics lien
i am a plowing contractor. I ploweda driveway for a lady last winter and she refuses to answer my calls or letters. She owes me about $400. Can i place a lien on the property or is it a waste of my time.

It is too late to file a mechanic lien, that ran out after 120 days. However, you should consider a small claim case, which you can do yourself if you go to the Courthouse in the area the residence is located.
