Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maine

My son sister and I all own a house togather,My sister cosigned for a credit card for me approx 5 years ago and the bill has been coming into the house all this time.We have had a disagreement and now she is saying that I stole her sociol security # and commited fraud and wants me to sell her my third of the house to pay off the card. I am 3 months behind in payments as of now.I have 20 days to respond to the sepeona

What subpoena?

I don't understand how you committed fraud. If you sister co-signed for the credit card, there should be some record of it.

How much is owed on the credit card? What is the value of your share of the house? Is there a mortgage on the house? If so, in whose name is the mortgage?
