I have a friend who bought a house with his fiance at the time, but they have split and she wont leave the house. She has never paid for anything since they have been there. He has proof that hes paid everything. He wants to keep the house, but remove her name from the morgage and make her leave. What should he do ?

He needs to file a legal action to partition the property, which would not actually divide the property, but would lead to a Judge deciding who stays and who goes and what their respective financial issues are, if the matter is not settled via mediation before trial. Unless he uses legal process he cannot remove her from the premises, and will have to refinance to remove her from the mortgage.
