right of ways
can I plant trees or put a shed on a right of way through my land to my neighbors. can he do whatever he wants to the land on the 60 foot right of way?

The specific language of the deeded right of way would need to be reviewed, but generally, if a right of way is obstructed, the person holding the right will be able to legally remove the obstruction to the extent necessary for access. The right can be released or relocated by agreement.
