is making remarks about my body sexual harassment? What can i do if my employer will not do anything about it?

Typically, if a coworker or supervisor makes comments about your body, that could be considered sexual harassment. You should review your company's anti-harassment policy and make a complaint to the appropriate person. Make the complaint in writing and then give the employer a reasonable time to take appropriate remedial action. If the employer still does nothing to end the harassment, take your complaint and whatever evidence you have of the harassment to an attorney to discuss your situation.
