Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maine
Who is the Attorney that drew up the Will representing after the person passes? There is a PR and HD's. If HD's need assistance on a problem with the Will, should they get a seperate Attorney?

Yes, they should seek independent counsel if the goal is to challenge all or part of a Will. The atty who drafted the Will still has legal obligations to his/her client, even after death.
