Living Trust
My brother recently established a living trust for my mother and he is also her power of attorney. Is it a conflict of interest that she also relies on him financially for her survival? In other words, her life depends on signing whatever he might present.

It is not a conflict of interest, but it is important that she is not unduly influenced and that she meets privately with her own atty regarding her affairs, outside the presence of your brother.
