Making a Will with my son's name on bank accounts

Hi,

If I have a Will drawn up and I have other children, can I still leave my oldest son's name on my bank accounts if I choose to.

The Will addresses your estate. Any property held in Joint tenancy will not pass into your estate, so if you want to have a bank account held jointly with a child you can do so and it will not pass with the Will. However, make sure with the Bank the adding of the name creates a joint account to pass at death.
