Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maine
My mother's will left me possessions and 1/4 of rental property. executor-power of attourney= sister will not return calls. What can i do?

The personal representative/executor has a fiduciary obligation to reasonably manage the estate, and failure to do so should be brought to the Probate Court's attention. Not returning your calls may not be enough to breach this duty, but failure to distribute property under the Will, account for proceeds, etc is a breach and a motion should filed with the Court.
