Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maine

my deceased dad's pr had submitted an application for credit refusal of letters in a missouri court. The judge ordered grant cred refusal ltrs. The docket entry then states ''probate ord no further process.'' this was done 3-05-07. My brother and I have not received any of the things that we were left in our dad's will. what should be our next course of action?

You need to direct the question to a Missouri lawyer. I would assume if you document your concerns in writing and file it with the Court requesting a Judicial conference that would accomplish matters in Maine.
