Last Wishes

My fater recently passed away. He donated his body to science. His last wishes were to be creamated and buried in the university plot upon completion of their work The woman he resided with was left as next of kin. They were not married. My minor nephew has since decided that he wants my fathers ashes. Can I, or any of his 5 adult children make sure that his final wishes are respected and that he is buried in the university plot?

I believe that if donation to medical science followed by cremation is already your father's express wishes, and your minor nephew desires something different, then your minor nephew would have to challenge these directions in court. Because he is a minor, he would have to do so through a representative.
