Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I am appealing a criminal conviction from Maryland District Court to Maryland Circuit Court. Can I use the District court transcript to impeach State's witness?

Since the testimony in the District Court is sworn testimony, if the witness testifies differently in the Circuit Court, then yes, the transcript may be used to impeach the witness.
